WARRANTY

Thillier Time and its Heritage division certifies that all watches are authentic, and in good working order within their respective limitations. The products advertised on the website aren’t covered by any sort of extended warranties and aren’t overhauled or serviced prior to the sale, unless otherwise stated.

RETURNS

All sales and trades are final and non-refundable. In the case of an item being misrepresented or not described appropriately by Thillier Time and its Heritge division; returns can and may be accepted at the discretion of our company representatives. In this instance, contact should and may be established between the buyer and Thillier Time and its Heritage division within 24 hours following the reception of said item. If a return is agreed upon, the item must be promptly sent back to Thillier Time and its Heritage division and arrive in identical condition in which it was received. Thillier Time and its Heritage division shall not be held responsible for any customs and/or duty fees incurred during the transaction. If a return is requested by the buyer for reasons outside of the scope aforementioned, a restocking fee of 10% will be applied and shipping & handling fees will be deducted from the refund. 

PAYMENT METHODS

PayPal

Paypal is an accepted payment method for the items advertised in the Heritage Collection. If you wish to use this payment method while completing an order, the option will appear at the time of checkout. The Main Collection restricts the fast checkout option. Please see below for other payment methods and options for the items advertised in the Main Collection.

Bank Wire

Details will be provided upon request and clearly displayed on the invoice. We cannot ship until bank wires have been confirmed and funds have been received by our banking institution. Both collections items are available for purchase via bank wire. Please contact us by email or by phone if you wish to proceed with this payment method.
